The flower beds on each side of the path which leads to the main church entrance are being rejuvenated.
We are aware that the Peace roses in the beds were planted after the Second World War, but they now need replacing. We will be purchasing the new rose bush produced by Harkness Roses to commemorate the Queen’s platinum jubilee.
Some shrubs will also be planted in the beds, which we hope will improve the approach along th pathway to the main church entrance.
Thank you to Dylis and her brother Dennis who did most of the hard ground work.
