Friend of Irene Gassor were amazed to find out she has turned 80!

The gathering of 80+ folk were treated to ‘This is Your Life’ with friend, colleagues, and many former Brownies (she was Brown Owl at Christ Church Brownies for many years), gathering to sing the praises of this selfless Christian lady.

Irene, who still works in the Church Office twice a week (though she can be found there more than that), has been a regular at Christ Church all of her life, being baptised, confirmed and married there.
